The beautiful and brand new Villa Darte in Kanfanar near Rovinj is not like any other villa. Everything in the house is adapted to today's needs. The villa is built with high quality natural building material of wood and stone. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own exit to the large and modern terrace with pool. Cribs can be set up. The garden is a mixture of wood, stone and grass. You will also find exclusive garden furniture, sun loungers and a large dining table for 6 people. From the dining and living room you have direct access to the terrace and the pool. The villa has 2 modern bathrooms with showers. One bathroom is in one of the bedrooms and the other is near the living room. The parking lot is located directly on the property and has space for 2 cars.
