Cudowne zaskoczenie!

Zarezerwowaliśmy ten dom na turniej bejsbolowy naszego syna w Fort Myers. Chcieliśmy mieć miejsce do relaksu po długim dniu na boisku bejsbolowym w upale. Ten dom okazał się być więcej niż tylko zdjęcia i opis. Był czysty, większy niż się spodziewaliśmy (otwarty plan piętra), w pełni wyposażona kuchnia (co było niesamowite, ponieważ gotowaliśmy zamiast jeść na mieście). Patio i basen naprawdę sprawiały wrażenie, jakbyśmy byli na wakacjach na Key West! Nasz proces zameldowania/wymeldowania był bardzo łatwy i nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów. Planujemy wrócić tego lata na wakacje rodzinne.

beautiful home

This home is everything and more. It is truly a Villa and decorated wonderfully as well as having every amenity of home you could think of. They have 5 different types of coffee/espresso/etc. makers just as an example. We had a wonderful 2 week staycation in this home during covid and absolutely love it. Traveling to the nearby beaches or even Captiva was a quick beautiful drive and the beaches were social distances clean and gorgeous their and Sanibel. No need to bring beach or pool gear, it's all provided in the garage. We traveled with our 11 month old twin girls and had a fabulous time in this home.

We absolutely loved this place!

It was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some, to cook whatever you would like. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. The beds are super comfy, and everything was clean and up to high standards. The house is in a great location for a nice quiet vacation, and our host made the check in/out process quick and easy. They also included a binder with lots of tips about good restaurants and shops in the area, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house on the canal. Quiet area. Restaurants nearby were very good. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

I don’t know where to begin ! This was the most amazing air B and B ever . It was better than every photo! Super clean , everything you could possibly need . The pool and jacuzzi right on the canal was paradise . You never need to leave the villa . Anja was so attentive checking me in. Our AC froze and within an hour they had someone fixing it ! We will def rent again ! If you don’t rent this home your missing out !

We fell in love as soon as we walked in!! Very thankful that I chose this place to rent. Gorgeous setting, wonderful hosts and nice location. Lots of convenience w restaurants and stores but private still.

AMAZING stay.

First off, the staff of this property management company is so friendly, responsive and helpful. I have rented a TON of properties and this by far was the best group I have ever dealt with. The HOUSE is perfect. Clean, organized and fully stocked. The beds, pillows kitchen items are top rate. I wished I could live there forever! Rent this Villa- you will be so pleased that you did. PS: We caught so much fish off the dock that we could have had fish for dinner every night. AND I left a bag of cat food after my trip. The ducks that visit the property love it and it is healthier to give them this and not bread:-) Happy Vacationing Folks!

Grosses BRAVO

Für uns war das Haus perfekt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet so das es Dir an nichts fehlt und Dich sehr wohl fühlst. Hausverwaltung war bestens. Lage für Ausflüge war super. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal ins Haus.

A beautifully furnished and very spacious home. It is well equipped with kitchenware, pool towels, and even beach accessories. The backyard with pool and hot tub is a pleasant oasis. Patricia and Michael were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or needs. The house backs onto a quiet, boat channel and is convenient for launching a kayak (which we rented from a nearby service). If a kayak was provided with the property, it would merit a 5 plus rating. Cape Coral has a few nice restaurants and is slightly less crowded than neighbouring Ft. Myers. If you want to escape the hectic crowds, visit nearby "kitschy" Matlacha and Pine Island (which has numerous hiking trails).

Wow! What a place. Everything you need for a vacation is in the house and the house is spectacular.

Was way beyond our expectations, The house was beautifully furnished with every imaginable kitchen utensil. The number of dishes was available for a party of 30. There are enough towels to furnish a locker room full of football players. The pool was clean. The house is very well designed for use. The hosts were very prompt and attended to our needs. We will return.

Villa Martinique

Unsere 3 ½ Wochen Urlaub sind nun leider vorbei und wir sind zurück in das grau und verregnete Deutschland / Berlin. Wir haben schon verschiedene Villen, von anderen Anbieter, in Cape Coral gemietet, aber auf Empfehlung von Patricia Strauss haben wir uns für die Villa Martinique entschieden. Schon vorab war der Kontakt in Deutschland hervorragend und dies hat sich auch in Florida so fortgesetzt. Das Haus, mit 4 Zimmern und 3 Bädern, ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hell und dass, obwohl wir nur zu zweit hier waren. Die, wie immer von Patricia, vorbereiteten Informationen sind sehr hilfreich und können uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Am Anreisetag konnten wir uns am Abend aus Kühlschrank ein kühles Getränk nehmen und auf dem Tisch stand zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein – Besten Dank - . Die ruhige Lage am Kanal trägt zur Entspannung bei, genauso wie der Pool mit dazugehörigen Jacuzzi. Das hat den Urlaub für uns rundum perfekt gemacht. Herzlichen Dank dafür, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay in Monja’s beautiful place. The home is spacious, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and dock on the canal. The kitchen was one of the best equipped that we’ve seen and had everything you could possibly need. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the home was very clean. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Schöne Villa

Wir können uns den vorangegangenen Komplimenten für diese Villa voll umfänglich anschließen. All unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Eine sehr wohnliche und gemütliche Atmosphäre mit allen modernen Ausstattungen, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die sehr gut ausgewählte Dekoration bis zur Ausstattung der Küche und der Badezimmer- einfach top!!!

Auch der Informations-Ordner mit allen nützlichen Tipps war uns eine wertvolle Hilfe. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir alles benutzen und uns sofort wohlfühlen konnten. Vielen lieben Dank auch an Heiko und sein Team. Es ist super zu wissen, dass kompetente und zuverlässige Hilfe immer erreichbar ist. Wir kommen sicher wieder und werden Euch weiterempfehlen.
