Joe Thompson here from the US 90s Rap Band Down Low... Just left this beautiful get away by the beach shores of the Atlantic! Needed to be alone to relax, mediate, and write new songs for my next new album. Thank you Mr. Leroux for providing such a location. I was really impressed with how clean the house was and how everything was accessible for my partner and I to work in different areas of the house to come up with new songs. I personally will be back privately for a little relaxing time soon. The costs, location, isolation, service and the beautiful restaurants downtown was excellent and so delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who want to escape for awhile and want to enjoy peace and quiet. Thumbs UP!! Forever France!! Forever Cabourg!! Joe Thompson Down Low

Very beautiful house, we really appreciated the park and the isolation of the house in this moment of covid
It is very close to the sea and it is a wonderful place that Looks much better than the pictures. Everything you need is in the house and all very clean and tidy.
We book through Internet and found it easy to communicate with the owner. Simple and fast.
We had a good rest in the idyllic setting of the manor park an we will for sure come back again.
I can only recommend this house!

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus in einem idyllischen kleine Park, etwas abseits gelegen, was angesichts COVid sehr angenehm war. Das Haus sieht in Natura viel schöner aus als auf den Bildern zu sehen und die Nähe zum Strand und dem Meer ist einfach schön.
Das Haus hat ein tolle Ausstattung und es findet sich alles was man braucht und alles sehr aufgeräumt und sauber.
Buchen über Internet ist vollkommen problemlos und die Besitzer sind sehr nett und melden sich schnell.
Wir verbrachten eine schönen Urlaub in einem idyllischen Umfeld des Parks und der Nähe zum Meer. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder hierher!
Ich kann diese Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus, das in einem abgeschlossenen Park eines Manoirs in Varaville liegt.
Das Manoir bietet Gästezimmer an, die auch stark nachgefragt werden. Man bekommt aber wegen der mehr als 100 Meter großen Distanz nichts von den anderen Gästen mit und ist völlig ungestört.
Das Haus verfügt über jeweils zwei Küchen und Bäder und ist somit theoretisch auch für zwei Mietparteien nutzbar.
Der untere Bereich ist renoviert und verfügt sowohl über eine gute Kücheneinrichtung als auch eine reichhaltige und komplette -ausstattung.
Fazit: Abgeschlossener Park mit elektrischem Portal, Ruhe, Strand, Bäcker, Innenstadt und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Logistische Toplage.
Hervorzuheben: sehr sympathischer und völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter, der eine maximal entspannte Reise-Organisation ermöglicht.

Überaus charmantes Domizil in exklusiver und ruhiger Lage mit top Ausstattung. Das Haus übertrifft noch die nach der Beschreibung ohnehin hoch gesteckten Erwartungen. Der weitläufige, keineswegs überfüllte Strand ist ebenso fußläufig erreichbar wie ein nettes Restaurant und eine Bäckerei. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
