Joffrey's place, located on the 1st floor courtyard side, is actually a bit smaller than what the photos show (thanks to wide-angle lenses), Access through the courtyard staircase is convenient, with a key box waiting for you at the front door, The place could use some extra care from Joffrey and his team: no batteries in the TV and decoder remotes, only tea available even though there is a Nespresso coffee machine, towel rack coming loose from the wall, slow sink drainage, some stains on the sofa and bed cover,,, However, on the bright side, the apartment is quiet, as are the neighbors, The quality of the bedding, both the bed and sofa, is excellent, with plenty of towels provided and 3 bottles of mineral water waiting for us, The major highlight of this property is its location: just a 7/8 minute walk to Nation and various directions in Paris, with plenty of shops nearby such as cafes and restaurants at the building's doorstep and a supermarket just 3 minutes away,

Joffrey's place was lovely and just what we required for our time in Paris, The location was a bit dull but conveniently close to transportation, The only downside was the noise from the neighbors and lack of privacy when the curtains were open, as you could see into the neighboring apartments, However, the apartment itself was cozy,
