TO są wakacje i relaks!

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w Villa Happy Gator i już rezerwujemy ponownie na 2020 rok! Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bardzo czysty dom w świetnej lokalizacji i prywatna plaża w Wenecji (prom w zasięgu kilku dni jazdy) były dla nas w sam raz na relaks po podróży w obie strony! Szczególnie podobał nam się basen i meble wypoczynkowe na tarasie, czysty relaks! Wielkie podziękowania dla Birgit za miły i pomocny kontakt przed i po wycieczce!

Perfekter Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen hatten noch nie so ein perfektes Haus und eine so nette Vermieterin. Es gibt nichts was nicht da ist, hier merkt man der Vermieter hat einfach an Alles gedacht. Urlaub kann eben so schön sein.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Es fehlt an nichts, alles sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Wunderschöner Pool, schnelles WLAN, in diesem Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Und als Zugabe noch der kleine Privatstrand der mit der Fähre erreicht wird. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sensationell

Hell, sauber, Nett, tolle Lage! Schon allein die Planung war super - Birgit hat um total viele Tipps und Tricks gegeben - selbst das wir vor Ort machen durften wir sie täglich Löchern. :-) Das Haus haben wir absolut gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden. Ich bin was Hygiene und Sauberkeit geht sehr pingelig - aber hier hatte ich wirklich überhaupt keine Probleme mich in das frisch gewaschene Bett zu kuscheln. Die Lage ist einfach toll - innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten kann man so viel verschiedene Strände erreichen ... kleine privater Naturstrände oder auch etwas lebhaftere wie Siesta Key. Schnorcheln, Schwimmen, Kanu fahren ... Shoppen... Aber auch die Kulinarik kam nicht zu kurz.... gerade für Liebhaber der italienischen Küche ist venice optimal .... aber auch kleine und feine Fischrestaurants und die typischen amerikanischen Restsurants haben nicht gefehlt!! Ich kann es kaum erwarten bis unser Urlaub genehmigt ist damit wir gleich wieder buchen Können! Danke Das ist hier noch Vermieter gibt die wirklich Wert auf ihr Haus legen.

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder....

Es begann schon bei der Buchung, ich hatte ein sehr nettes Gespräch mit der Eigentümerin und wir waren uns fix einig. Auch der Vorlauf zu unserem Urlaub war sensationell, wir bekamen Tipps und Adressen jeglicher Art (Attraktionen, Restaurants, Strände oder wo man am Besten einkaufen sollte). Somit hat es uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt und der Urlaub konnte kommen. Als wir (zwei Pärchen, also vier Erwachsenen) dann im Haus angekommen sind, waren wir einfach nur begeistert. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und Nüsse, außerdem ein Anruf vom sehr netten Hausverwalter (René) Vorort. Nicht nur das wirklich an alles gedacht wurde (z.B. alles für den Strand, 4 Fahrräder oder Spielzeug für den Pool) und auch alles sorgfältig beschrieben ist, nein, es ist einfach auch so schön im Haus. Wir kamen, sahen und fühlten uns sofort genauso wohl wie Zuhause (nur halt mit gutem Wetter und eigenem Pool

A Perfect Getaway!

This was an absolutely perfect getaway--in absolutely every respect. The home is completely accommodating; thoughtfully welcoming, and with such attentiveness to the countless nuances of the household which could so easily be overlooked when traveling--there was not a single comfort or necessity we were without during our stay. Birgit and Uwe have provided a foothold to another world. The location is ideal--off the thoroughfare and close to both the wild and the civilized; a bike ride and a private ferry across the bay to an unspoiled idyllic gulf beach, and a minute by car to every domestic item and service South Venice Beach has to offer--and convenient to so many options to explore: a multitude of parks and natural areas and open spaces within minutes, as well as dining, nightlife, and shopping experiences close by in every direction. And we were so fortunate to have truly marvelous Florida weather during the week: moderate temperatures, minimal humidity, a mild cool breeze and frequent modest clouds, and perfectly clear skies--the visibility was astounding. And the pool! Wunderbar! Our time at the Villa Happy Gator is an experience that will stay with us.

Perfect house for a relaxing vacation!

What a beautiful home! The wonderful pool and patio are just steps from the great room. It was so convenient having a fully equipped kitchen, which gave us choices of eating in or out. The quiet neighborhood added to our relaxing stay.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern haben wir schöne Fahrradtouren auf den gut ausgebauten Fahrradwegen machen können. Die Fähre zum Naturstrand ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir bedanken uns für die netten Gespräche mit der Vermieterin vor und nach unserem Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

The property was awesome--brand new, tastefully furnished and very well equipped.

This property is convenient to everything Venice has to offer. We often spent early mornings walking nearby beaches or riding bikes along the beautiful trails in Shamrock Park. Later we would return to relax around the lanai, swim in the pool, and grill dinner. We had a five star experience.

Great home away from home

Wonderful new house. Very clean, very functional with high quality furnishings. Outdoor living area is exceptional. The decor is very tasteful, modern them with the right touch of beach. Great location for spending time at the beach and convenient for shopping or restaurants.

Lovely Pool Villa says it all

The owners have put a lot of effort and thought to make our stay very very enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool area had numerouus amenities and for us, it seemed like it was ours, from parking the car in the garage to doing laundry and grilling on the barbecue. The entire villa was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and private also In addition, Birgit and her team were responsive to any questions and were most informative about the area or any concerns that we had. If we have the opportunity to return to the Venice area, we will without hesitation stay at the Gator- Villa.

Traumhaus in super Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) waren für 9 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Hier herrscht wirklich die Devise: Reinkommen und Wohlfühlen! Der Innenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an absolut gar nichts. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist super schön und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war einfach nur toll. Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir mit Informationen versorgt, so dass die Vorfreude immer weiter gewachsen ist. Und auch während des Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns rundum gut betreut. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses tolle Ferienhaus jedem zu 100% empfehlen.

Erholung pur!

Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es ist sehr gepflegt, wird optimal "umsorgt" und die Vorort-Betreuung ist einfach toll und unkompliziert. Die Beschreibungen des Hauses trafen genau zu und wir hatten einen sensationellen Urlaub. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut durchdacht, pflegeleichte Fliesen auf allen Böden und eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die XXL-Poolarea war unser Lieblingsplatz. Einzig das Bett war für uns zu weich, aber das ja ist Geschmackssache. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin - sowohl bereits bei der Buchung als auch nach der Abreise - war immer sehr nett, zuverlässig und professionell. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß! Wir werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Wunderschönes Haus, super Urlaub, Entspannung pur

Liebe Birgit, die schönen Urlaubstage gingen viel zu schnell vorüber! Dein Haus war einfach wunderbar, alles war genauso wie auf den Fotos. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, das bequeme Bett – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Und der tolle Poolbereich war so einladend, dass wir gar nicht so viele Ausflüge gemacht haben wie geplant. Wir müssen also auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir bedanken uns vor allem auch für die überaus netten Gespräche im Vorfeld unserer Reise und die vielen Infos über die Gegend. Dein Tipp mit dem Reisebüro für unsere Flüge war Gold wert. VILLA GATOR PARADISE

my family and i just recently stayed at villa gator for a week long family vacation and we are already wishing to go back! the villa was everything we were looking for and more. the house was new, clean and fully furnished with all of home comforts. it was located an easy 5 minute car ride to the beach ferry. the ferry was another easy 5 minute ride to one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen. the beach was private to only south venice residents with no condos, tourist traps, etc. you felt like you had stumbled upon a secret paradise. my children enjoyed finding sharks teeth, fishing and swimming in the pool back at the house. we took day trips to shamrock park, myakka state park and sarasota national cemetery. we enjoyed sunsets at nearby venice pier and enjoyed umbrella drinks at sharkeys. the owner birgit was so accommodating w our questions and stay as was the home manager jasmine. we felt blessed to vacation in this home and are hoping to return again next summer!

A new Pearl in Venice

We last visited Venice 8 years ago and planned to explore more of the area but found the villa so peaceful and relaxing that we never ventured far. The villa is brand new and has been wonderfully furnished throughout to a very high standard. The master bed is huge and very comfortable. Birgit has tried to think of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The pool area is a joy! The pool itself slopes from both ends to the centre which makes it very easy to play pool volleyball. The trees at the rear are full of colourful and vocal birds including "Cyril the squirrel" who walked the telephone and power lines daily. The shaded lounge area is fantastic on a hot sunny day when needing to cool down. Shops such as Publix and Walmart are just a few minutes away and its only a 10 minute ride into town to some fantastic restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Alligator Drive and are sure you won't be disappointed staying here!

Tolles Haus – toller Pool – tolle Gegend!

Dieses Haus ist ein Schmuckstück – von außen und erst recht von innen. Selten haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt in einer Ferienunterkunft. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung – hell und freundlich – und vor allem auch der tolle Poolbereich haben uns supergut gefallen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Hausverwaltung war ebenfalls sehr positiv. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Besonders der Poolbereich ist fantastisch. Durch die perfekte Ausrichtung hat der Pool den ganzen Tag Sonne und auf der Terrasse findet man auch genug schattige Plätzchen. Dank des tollen Grills, der bequemen Lounge Ecke und der stimmungsvollen LED-Poolbeleuchtung verbrachten wir draußen wunderschöne Abende bei Vogelgezwitscher und Grillenzirpen. Für Strandausflüge ist alles vorhanden und auch an Kinder wurde mit ausreichend Pool- und Strandspielzeug gedacht.

Die Lage des Hauses ist auch gut, zentral und dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man erreicht Supermärkte (z.B. Walmart, Publix) und verschiedene Strände in wenigen Autominuten.

Von dem naturbelassenen "Privatstrand", den man mit dem kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellten Fährpass erreicht, waren wir auch begeistert, da er sich als eine echte Fundgrube für die berühmten fossilen Haifischzähne herausstellte.

Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung war freundschaftlich, nett und sehr professionell.

Wir möchten Frau Laniewski nochmals für die absolut zuverlässige und problemlose Abwicklung der Mietformalitäten und den überaus freundlichen Kontakt vor, während und auch noch nach unserem Aufenthalt danken.

Fazit: Empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht.
