Welcome to our guest farmhouse ORTENSIA BIANCOSPINO
It is an historical building belonging to 19th century built with the ancient stones of traditional stone farmhouse is divided in 2 semi-detached houses fully self contained and completely independent ORTENSIA and BIANCOSPINO .It has been completely renovated with modern techniques and material in renewed and refurnished in typical, comfortable Tuscan style. The elegant style and attention to detail, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is Located on the hillside overlooking the sea of Forte dei Marmi (only 6 km from the house) and surrounded by hills covered by centennial olive trees and vineyards .It offers a quiet relaxing atmosphere and it is a very romantic location . Immersed in the nature and in the quiet, you can get to the house walking up few easy stairs of an ancient typical stairway. The access to the house is only via ancient easy stairway 43m (1 minute).There are 50 large and low steps that covers 43mt from the street to the house, It is an easy ancient mule track. these steps leads you to a romantic house has a lift to bring luggages to the house.
Perfect base for a holiday , far from busy crowds and yet with easy access to all main Tuscan attractions and resorts. In 6 kilometres you can get to the sandy beaches of Forte dei Marmi in Versilia. From each room of the holiday house the view is panoramic , sweeping over the Tuscan hills and valley to the sea beyond .The outside of the property, shaded by olive and fruit trees, is bordered by a stream and it's equipped with a table, a BARBECUE and a 200 year old hand-carved Tuscan marble sink, chairs and deck-chairs. The intimate terrace surrounded by olive trees and birdsong is lovely for eating out , relaxing, or sitting with a glass of wine.
BIANCOSPINO ACCOMODATION : guests are welcomed by entering a large Tuscan kitchen ,a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people , satellite TV ( 42" flat screen ) , Free Wi-Fi internet ,1 double bedroom , 1 large bathroom . The whole accomodation BIANCOSPINO has been completely renewed . It was not rented during the summer 2014 as the renovation was in progress . The renovation is now complete and we are ready to rent and to welcome our guests .It has terracotta floors and has been furnished with country antiques which enhance the romantic atmosphere. The kitchen is really very well equipped.
This property has the following outside: private garden , Barbecue, Patio ,Terrace, Veranda,Garden , Garden seat . Outside the house is equipped with table and chairs to have meals 'al fresco' .

Holiday house Biancospino set among olive groves is located in Strettoia. Strettoia is a quiet village, it is located in the first hill which can be seen from the beach in Forte dei Marmi. From the house to the sandy beach of Forte Dei Marmi there are only 7 km away! In the square of the village, at disposal of visitors, a grocery shop a café and a very good pizzeria . In the side streets there are a number of restaurants and pizzerias that offer very good prices for the real Tuscan specialties. We suggest you to enjoy the good cooking and the local wines.
The village lies between several small towns and villages: Pietrasanta with its famous historical centre, Forte dei Marmi famous for its beaches and for exclusive shopping, Seravezza at the foot of the Apuan Alps. The sandy beach and its well known bathing establishments are only 7 km far from the farmhouse. In the area there is also a free natural beach with free parking. You are here in the heart of Versilia region, which covers an area of approximately 160 square kilometers between the Tyrrenischem sea and the Apuan Alps.
Versilia is the name of a long coastal region in northern Tuscany. Famous for its 20 km of golden beaches, the extensive pine forests, the nightlife, the nights on the beaches, the cities of art, the cultural and musical events. Cottage Biancospino is ideal for those who love the sea, the mountain and the cities of art. It’s possible to visit FLORENCE, PISA, LUCCA, PIETRASANTA with daily trips. Many natural beauties such as the CINQUE TERRE, the MARBLE QUARRIES in Carrara or the TUSCAN ARCHIPELAGO can be reached with daily trips. A few km from the house is the mountainous area of the Apuan Alps , with its ancient stone villages, waterfalls and hiking paths with breathtaking views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It's possible to mix crazy nights with others of complete relax. Pietrasanta has always been an important cultural centre in important artisan tradition ( artistic-mosaic and artistic-foundries) has been kept alive by the local workshops and atelier. The house is 10 minutes from the centre of the town.

Wspaniałe wakacje w bardzo ładnym mieszkaniu
Mieszkanie to urzekło nas od samego początku procesu planowania i niewątpliwie wyróżniało się wśród wielu innych ofert w północnej Toskanii. I: wcale nie byliśmy rozczarowani, lecz zastaliśmy atmosferę i otoczenie takie, jakie zostało nam opisane, pożądane przez nas i również lubiane. Po dwóch latach wakacyjnej abstynencji, 14 dni okazało się wspaniałym urlopem z nieprawdopodobnymi możliwościami odkrywania kultury, krajobrazu, a także czystego relaksu, który na zawsze pozostanie w naszej pamięci, także dzięki spotkaniu z bardzo otwartą gospodynią Lorellą i jej mężem Fabio.

Piękne rodzinne wakacje
Bardzo piękne mieszkanie wakacyjne w starym gospodarstwie. Mieszkanie i domek gospodarczy w najlepszym stanie! Ogród jest również bardzo zadbany! Z kieliszkiem czerwonego wina (ewentualnie od ekologicznego winiarza, 5 min. samochodem) bardzo miło jest posiedzieć na zewnątrz (patrz zdjęcia). Wszystko jest bardzo ładnie urządzone! W miejscowości znajdują się trzy pizzerie / restauracje, do których można dotrzeć pieszo w ciągu pięciu do piętnastu minut, w zależności od tego, który wybierzesz. Wszystko z dala od masowej turystyki, naprawdę godne polecenia! Gospodarze Lorella i Fabio są bardzo mili! A po przyjeździe Lorella daje cenne wskazówki dotyczące restauracji, plaży, kultury, zakupów itp..... możemy tylko powiedzieć, że wszystko jest top!!!!

Traunhaft piękne zakwaterowanie
Zakwaterowanie jest dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Można się cudownie zrelaksować. Zakwaterowanie jest bardzo czyste i bardzo ładnie urządzone. Czy chcesz gotować lub grillować, dostępne są wszystkie niezbędne przybory kuchenne i mnóstwo naczyń. Właściciele są bardzo mili i niesamowicie pomocni. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, poświęcili dużo czasu, aby poinformować nas o restauracjach i zabytkach. Dostajesz bardzo dobre wskazówki od wynajmujących. Pościel i ręczniki również były zapewnione w wystarczającej ilości. Duży ogród jest bardzo piękny i zadbany. Wszystko jest zupełnie nieskomplikowane i po prostu wspaniałe. W tym miejscu i w tym mieszkaniu wakacyjnym można po prostu cieszyć się urlopem. Z pewnością wrócimy tam w przyszłym roku.

Urocze miejsce
Miejsce jest naprawdę piękne. Apartament jest piękny i zadbany w szczegółach, również wyposażenie jest piękne. Kamienie na ścianach mają specjalny urok. Ogród jest uroczy, widok zapiera dech w piersiach, a przede wszystkim strumień, który towarzyszy kamiennej uliczce prowadzącej do apartamentu, jest jak z marzeń. Organizacja kolei linowej umożliwiającej przewożenie rzeczy i/lub zakupów do apartamentu od 10.
