The cosy one-room-apartment in south-western position offers fantastic panoramic views on the sea and the beach as well as on the beach promenade.

The well-tended green areas, the large pool (approx. 40 x 20 m with children's pool of approx. 5 x 5 m) as well as two tennis courts are available for free.
The large super-markets like Mercadona and Lidl are only 800 - 1000 m far away, the closest of the numerous restaurants only approx. 50 m. Right down in the same building is among other things an ice cream parlour. Also all other shops, banks and entertainment possibilities are in a comfortable walking distance. The beach promenade in front of the building with its variety of bars and shops invites to have breakfast under palms on the beach or when going for a stroll in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine and the sunset. On the beach you can rent sun beds and carry on water sports. On the beach of Algarrobo-Costa you can rent sun beds and sunshades, try to do exercises at the fitness equipment, bath, swim, go snorkelling, hike, play and … wonderfully relax.
The contemplative place offers a huge number of bars and restaurants. A part of them is located on the pretty, palm-lined seafront promenade. A walk on the promenade or the little glass of wine in the evening in the Bodega on the beach is crowned over and over again by a spectacular sunset at the sea.
You can easily go shopping on foot in Algarrobo-Costa. Except the small, Spanish shops there are also big supermarkets like Lidl and Mercadona in the village. On Wednesdays a weekly market takes place with food, clothes, jewellery, leather goods and many other things more. The entertainment offer is varied.
